Husker Fan

Sarah is a huge Nebraska Cornhusker fan and loves to watch football with her daddy. She was very upset after their poor performance and loss to Texas Tech. Better days are certainly in store for the team and their # 1 fan.

Apple Orchard

We went to Aamodts Apple Orchard to enjoy the Fall foliage and likely the last nice sunny day of autumn in Minnesota. Highlights for Sarah were a new sweater and milk in a bottle. The sweater was a gift from her Grandma Armstrong. It was purchased before she was even conceived and given to us last Christmas when we shared the joyous news that we were pregnant.

Sarah in Scrubs

Sarah shows off her early aspirations. We'll have the discussions about being On-Call later in life. Thanks to John and Angie for the scrubs.

Bath time

I'm cold and wet, and I don't like it!

This finger makes me happier.

Smiling Sarah

Poo Face!

Sarah and her cousin Adam make a lot of funny faces, but they have one in common. It is guarenteed to be followed by an explosive mess in the diaper followed by an unmistakable aroma!

Her daddy, a budding gastroenterologist, is so proud of her colon!

Sisters on Leave

Anne and I overlapped a month for our maternity leaves. We spent a lot of time together with our babies. It was wonderful.

Swinging with the babies.

Sleeping cousins.

Going for a stroll.

This is one of my favorites:) Tell me another story Auntie Annie!

First trip to the Cabin

Two weeks old and Sarah makes her first trip up North. She showcased her angling skills on the way up, catching a large bass in Lake Mille Lacs. We brought it to the taxidermist and had it mounted.

Sarah got her feet wet, soaked up some rays at the beach and spent time on Grandpa's boat. She passed on waterskiing this outing but expectations are high for next summer.
